Junior Football Organiser

This is a nationaly recognised accreditation with certification from the F.A. Bury FC Community Trust deliver this accreditation with partners such as the Princess Trust, Fairbridge, Connexions, Rathbones, Manchester Metropolitan University and multiple High Schools across the borough. The qualification is two fold;

1) The first stepping stone on the coaching ladder for young potential coaches. Giving you an insight to all the background elements of the coaching process and understanding the role and responsibilities both within football and the community of a football coach. Participants must be 14 years plus.

2) MOST importantly this course is used as a leadership accreditation utilised to improve the self esteem and motivation of teenagers who may find themselves in difficult circumstances. This is done by using communication, group management, team work and many other transferable skills. This allows the group to identify what skills they are using and how they can relate them to life and any potential job sector they wish to pursue.
