Lads and Dads

The lads and dads scheme has nearly been running for two years now and is getting more and more popular each week.

The scheme is run in conjunction with Redvales Childrens Centre and is run on a Saturday morning between 10am and 11am at the centre on Dorset Drive.

The programme aims to provide an opportunity for people in the redvales area to recieve professional football coaching in a relaxed friendly environment. The sessions mainly feature fun games with a little bit of skill development.

After the session all of the participants sit down and have breakfast, chat about the session and generally a good old chin wag.

Although the scheme is called Lads and Dads it is certainly not exclusive to these people, we have grandads, daughters, step children and cousins attending.

Anyone wishing to attend the programme can just turn up at the centre and take part.
