NVQ Level 2 Operational Services gives the student the chance to see how a facility such as a Football Stadium or any other large scale facility runs day to day.

Focusing on health and safety, equipment usage and the experience of the customer/supporter this vocational course is packed full of relevant and practical knowledge. This course is for a duration of 26 weeks and takes place within a real life working stadium (Gigg Lane).

This qualification is for those aged 16 - 24 years.

Current intake;

Our current students consist of 2 staff from our Maintance department, 1 from our Administration department and 1 from our Catering department. 2 staff from the Marketing department are due to enrole soon. The value of this qualification is clear for all to see due to its value within many different departments within the football club.
