Rhythmic Gymnastics is a discipline performed mostly by girls teaching grace, coordination, agility and artistry, combining elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation. Although a flexible sport its open to all to participate
It is performed to music with the gymnast using hand apparatus: rope, ball, hoop, clubs or ribbon.
An enjoyable sport that develops fitness, inspires creativity, and enables every child to work at his or her own level.
An enjoyable alternative to traditional gymnastics programs.
We also offer Rhythmic gymnastics as part of the dance curriculum during PPA time as well as afterschool clubs
